Once the plan is in place, we will implement by creating content and engaging in ongoing social media management services, including content creation, paid ads, creating organic social media content, and more! Influencer program + Paid Ad Push

Focus: November - January

To launch Campus Greensboro to our local Greensboro colleges, we suggest taking the following initiatives and running with them:

  • Social Media Based
    • Strategy + Management
      • Influencer Marketing
        • Within the Greensboro college landscape, many college campuses have influencers we can utilize to gain audiences that we would like to reach. We will work with 5-10 influencers and have them share content about the program.
        • This proposal does not include costs to have influencers share the content (paid spend) or swag items to provide. 
      • Brand Advocates
        • Utilizing previous interns, we will contact them to gain content and encourage them to share the opportunity of Campus Greensboro to their followers. We will create content to provide to them to make sharing even easier. 
        • Promotion utilizing Amazon Giftcards (possibility)
      • Cost: $1,000
    • Paid Advertising
      • We will create paid advertising campaigns on the following platforms:
        • Instagram
        • Facebook
          • Think about targeting parents and Greensboro natives
      • Cost: $1,000
    • Content Creation
      • For influencers, schools, and paid advertising we can create the following visual assets:
        • Video:
          • 1 campaign anchor video (some b-roll may be provided - reach out to Tigermoth Creative)
            • Approx. 45-60 secs
            • Cost: $1000
  • Outside of Social Media
    • Outside of our social media efforts we encourage you to implement the following:
      • Physical Booth Set-Up
        • Contact the schools to see if there is an opportunity to have a physical booth at their career fairs, in the student buildings, at events, etc.
      • Contacting Schools
        • Encourage the schools to send out an email about the program as well as post on their own social media accounts.

Community Management

Contract: September - January

Community Management is the planning, posting, engagement, and reporting of your social media accounts. To maintain an active and relevant page as a company on social media, community management is referred to as an "always on" process to ensure your brand is represented in an appropriate manner, that posts are timely and consistent, customer service issues are taken care of, and your brand is actively engaging with followers and potential customers. 

What this includes:

    • Including visual content curation (from provided visuals) and we write all social media posts
      • Social Media Channels Covered:
        • Facebook
        • Instagram
      • Cost per Month: $600
  • Daily Engagement (Cost: $1,000)
    • Social Listening
      • Limited to 3 hours per month
    • User Post Identification 
    • Trending Topic Utilization
    • Paid Ad Management and Optimization
    • Organic Optimization and Improvement
    • Brand Advocate and Influencer Management
  • Analytics and Reporting 
    • Delivery of monthly analytics reports
    • Cost: $200
  • Paid Ads 
    • Total Ad Spend per Month: $225
  • Social Media Tools
    • Cost: $175

Investment: $2,200 per month

To be per month for 6 months, with first invoice/payment due on September 15
