We are a content studio and social media agency. We are here to not only work with you and get the job done, but are a strategic partner. We will serve as a partner to the real estate at 140 W Franklin St. as well as a trusted partner for all retailers in said location. For us to have success, we will do everything we can to support the businesses to gain more foot traffic, sales, and general awareness through our Instagram efforts. 

Our approach and process is like no other. We take time to understand your brand, your market and current customers, and your unique positioning in the market. We combine that with our knowledge to craft a strategic plan to set yourself up for success on social media through written and visual creative. Whatever it takes to help the retailers reach their goals, we will make it happen.

Instagram Strategy


Our social media strategy is the basis of your social media marketing efforts. It will lay the foundation of how your business will move forward on social media, as well as provide great insight to your customers, their journey, and the overall marketing efforts your business is pushing to meet your goals.

  • Goal Definition
  • KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - The actual measurable we will utilize to make sure we are meeting your goals through our efforts
  • Current Social Media Analysis
  • Competitor Social Media Analysis
  • SWOT Analysis - Defining your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats
  • Audience Identification - Including: Customer Personas + Tone of Voice + Retailer Demographic/Audiences 
  • Content Approach - Including: Content Ecosystem, Content Pillars, Branded Hashtag(s), Content Topics, SEO Keywords, Influencer Efforts
  • Basic Visual Strategy - Outlining the way we produce and display all visual imagery for your social media marketing efforts
  • Social Media Campaign Guide + Suggestions
  • Instagram Channel Plans - Mapping out the capacity in terms of organic and paid engagement for your Instagram account
  • Mini Retailer Strategy - We will provide a basic strategy for the retailers to help guide them as well on social media and explain what they can do to help themselves as well as gain support from our Instagram account and efforts.

Investment: $2,750 (one time payment)

Instagram community management


Community Management is the planning, posting, engagement, and reporting of your social media accounts. To maintain an active and relevant page as a company on social media, community management is referred to as an "always on" process to ensure your brand is represented in an appropriate manner, that posts are timely and consistent, customer service issues are taken care of, and your brand is actively engaging with followers and potential customers. 

What this includes:

  • Content Creation - Including all visual and written content 
    • 60 photos per quarter (including monthly photoshoots)
    • One 60 second video promo per quarter
    • 12 simple vertical videos per quarter
    • Up to 4 graphics per month (as needed)
    • 35 total posts per month (For Instagram + Stories + Ads)
  • Daily Engagement  
  • Optimization and Improvement
  • Social Listening
  • Analytics and Reporting (Delivery of monthly analytics reports to Asana as well as retailers and quarterly in-depth analytics report)
  • User Post Identification 
  • Trending Topic Utilization
  • Influencer Management 
  • Social Media Campaigns
  • Influencer Management 
  • Paid Ads (including $400 ad spend per month)
  • Comminution channel (Slack + Email) set up in order to gain photos/content/information from retailers as well as provide them photography we take/utilize on the Instagram account.

Investment: $2,750 per month
