Social Media Strategy + Community Management



Poppy Handcrafted Popcorn is a popcorn brand based out of Asheville, North Carolina. Poppy now has 2 brick and mortar stores, in addition to selling wholesale nationwide. They have had social media channels in place, however no defined strategy or set team to implement it. That's where we came in. 



We created and implemented a long term social media strategy that outlined goals and measurables, content efforts and approach, a visual strategy, paid ad management, etc. To get things started we audited and optimized their social media channels as well as held several photoshoots to get the ball rolling with content. On a regular basis we create content, engage with their followers, provide social listening, and more importantly we are cultivating a local community online around their brand.



We are continuing to manage their social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). However for the first three months we saw the following results:
