We are a content studio and social media agency. We create content that not only stands out creatively, but speaks to your brand's story and tell's your story in a cohesive, emotional way that will connect with potential customers and current customers. We are here to not only work with you and get the job done, but are a strategic partner in building up your brand and seeing success.

Our approach and process is like no other. We take time to understand your brand, your market, your unique positioning and combine that with our knowledge of social media to craft a strategic plan to set yourself up for success. Once the plan is in place, we will implement by creating content and engaging in ongoing social media management services, including content creation, paid ads, creating organic social media content, and more! Whatever it takes to reach your goals, we will make it happen.

Not only that, but engaging and talking to customers (and potential customers) proactively (not just waiting for people to come to our content).

We take a very strategic approach to learn about your brand, determine how to take your brand online, what audiences to target, the best content and channels to utilize, influencer and ambassador programs, etc.

The Proposal

Social Media Strategy Development and Community Management

STRATEGY: Our Strategy Creation is on a rolling basis for the first 8 weeks of engagement with your company. The first month after a contract is signed, we take time to develop initial strategy and create content prepped to post in month two.  

At the end of the first 8 weeks, your strategy will include*:

  • Goal Definition

  • KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - The actual measurable we will utilize to make sure we are meeting your goals through our efforts

  • Current Social Media Analysis

  • Basic Competitor Social Media Analysis

  • SWOT Analysis - Defining your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats

  • Tone of Voice Identification and Definition

  • Basic Audience Identification

  • Content Approach - Content Pillars, Branded Hashtag(s), Content Topics

  • Social Media Landscape + Channel Plans - Mapping out what social media channels you should be utilizing and the capacity in terms of organic and paid engagement

*The strategy will continue to be optimized and updated as time passes, as we learn more from your account, algorithms change, etc. 

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT: The planning, posting, engagement, and reporting of your social media accounts. To maintain an active and relevant page as a company on social media, community management is referred to as an "always on" process to ensure your brand is represented in an appropriate manner, that posts are timely and consistent, customer service issues are taken care of, and your brand is actively engaging with followers and potential customers. 

Monthly Management Includes:

  • Content Creation - Including all written content and visual content must be provided

    • Maximum 16 posts per month across all channels

    • 5 graphics per month

      • Created with your images for Instagram Stories, Posts, etc.

    • Youtube will be maintained and optimized with video content that is produced by Central Athlete

  • Daily Engagement

  • Trending Topic Utilization

  • Optimization and Improvement

  • Analytics and Reporting

    • Basic Weekly Reports

  • User Post Identification

  • Paid Ad Management

    • For Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube

Investment: $1,350 per month (not including paid ad spend or photo/visual creation) for 4 months


  • Weeks 1-4 weeks to develop part of the strategy and create content for social media to be approved to post the following

  • Week 5: Social media posting and management begin

  • Week 9: Full strategy developed and presented for approval

  • Week 16: Final week of management

  • Week 17: Analytics Report developed and presented

What is success?

For the first 90 days of posting, we will look to the following metrics to measure success:

  • Interest/Reach Out from Potential Members/Clients

  • Market share - looking to our competition in the local area and seeing that we gain more engagements on a monthly basis than the competition on social media (Instagram) 

  • Engagement Rate

  • Build Brand Awareness (Impressions and Reach)

  • Increase in Followers

Since we haven’t worked on your account before, we don’t have any true benchmarks. but, we believe we can increase your numbers and can provide better benchmarks if we see your current analytics for your Instagram account.
