We hate BS, so we'll give it to you straight, we are a content studio and social media agency and pride ourselves on our ability to craft meaningful, original, content that cuts through the noise. We not only promote your message and build your business through social media, but serve as your communication liaison to get your message out there in a cohesive and compelling way. We work with clients who have the bravery to fail, but also the bravery to try something new. Our team of content creators care deeply about content and its proper activation on social media and beyond to find the right audience for you. Again, happy to have you join our family!

Contact Information

Your main point of contact throughout the duration of our time together will be Michelle, our Account Success Manager. While you can definitely give her a call, email is preferred so that we can ensure information doesn’t get lost in the shuffle.

So how do you know when to contact Michelle vs. another team member? Well, the answer is almost always contact Michelle ;) If needed, she will redirect your question to another team member. However, in order to keep things easy and efficient, she will be your go-to-gal for every question and concern! Easy peasy, right?

Office Hours

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST. However, we believe that Community Management is an around-the-clock job, and we treat it as such (and never shut that down).

Our office is closed on all major holidays, including:

  • Independence Day: July 4-5, 2019

  • Labor Day: September 2, 2019

  • Memorial Day: May 27, 2019

  • Thanksgiving: November 22-23, 2018

  • Christmas/New Years: December 24, 2018 - January 2, 2019

 

How we’ll work together…

  • The Process and Workflow

    • For all projects you will receive a timeline and things to approve along the way.

    • If you are a Community Management client, the monthly calendar of events goes as follows:

    • For all the items needed from you, it is essential that you turn in things by the required due date (we promise to give you enough noticed in advance). Failure to do so will most likely result in the project timeline being pushed back.

    • As a note: When it comes to social media posts and work, something that may seem like a small ask (such as a social media post) may not be as simple. We take time and thought into crafting the best social media post, making sure it has been reviewed, copy-edited, has the best visual component, and scheduled and placed at the best time (which should require moving around other previously scheduled posts, etc).

    • We love feedback. Seriously, it’s how we grow and serve our clients best. So, don’t be afraid to voice your thoughts and let us know how you feel we’re doing. However, please keep in mind that you’ve hired us because we’re experts in social media. So, we might push back on certain things ;) It’s a process, but we’re here for it as long as you are!

  • Payment Schedule

    • Invoices will be sent on the 1st of the month and are due by the 15th of each month. If payment is not paid or post stamped by the 15th of the month, a late fee of 10% of the monthly total will be added to your next invoice. If payment is not received by the 30th/31st of the month, TCE reserves the right to halt all services until payment is received in full. You can pay with a Credit Card via Stripe or e-check. If you would prefer to mail a check, we will provide the appropriate mailing address.

    • Sharing on your own social media? We are all about that! We have our own branded hashtag where we share about our team, clients, and projects we have going on and would love for you to share as well! Just use: #CreateBoldly
