Two Roosters

Social Media Strategy + Community Management

Problem

Two Roosters is expanding their business from a single truck to a brick and mortar store, as well as a permanent stand at the Durham Bulls. With this growth, Two Roosters was in need of someone to take over and lead their social media efforts and content creation to help improve their marketing efforts as well a build a community around their brand and ice cream.

Solution

We created and implemented a long term social media strategy that outlined goals and measurables, content efforts and approach, a visual strategy, paid ad management, etc. To get things started we audited and optimized their social media channels as well as held several photoshoots to get the ball rolling with content. On a regular basis we create content, engage with their followers, provide social listening, and more importantly we are cultivating a local community online around their brand.

Results

We are continuing to manage their social media channels. However for the first three months we saw the following results:

  • 1,689 followers gained
  • 245 social posts created
  • 30,377 total engagements
  • 861 brand mentions
  • 331,246 total impressions
  • $434 total ad spend
